Los vecinos de pob.Libertad se reunieron en terreno con el alcalde Boris Chamorro y el director de Secplan Carlos González y equipo municipal, quienes plantearon el problema que les afecta por muchos años al no tener ducto de alcantarillado.En la ocasión el alcalde Chamorro y el equipo de Secplan vieron cuál escenario del terreno y la factibilidad de colocar un ducto que pueda finalmente conectarse al alcantarillado.
